Invictus Africa promotes human rights and gender equality through data-driven advocacy, digital technologies, and capacity development.

Target Audience

Our data and advocacy are targeted at duty bearers – state and non-state – who have the obligation, power, influence, and resources to make changes in closing the inequality gaps affecting vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. They are:

Public Sector

Government at national and sub-national levels.

Private Sector

Private businesses and multinational conglomerates.

Third Sector

CSOs, NGOs, INGOs, media, religious and community leaders, funders, and development organisations.

  • Publish periodic infographics, policy briefs, and reports.
  • Carry out strategic advocacy activities based on identified issues.​
  • Ensure duty bearers implement at least 50% of recommendations.
  • Collaboratively work with actors in implementing actions needed to achieve change. 

Objectives

  • To collect, disaggregate, and analyze data on human rights-related issues that affect vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
  • To carry out evidence-based strategic advocacy in addressing issues affecting vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
  • To work collaboratively with relevant actors and stakeholders in achieving reforms needed to close inequality gaps.
