Toba Caleb Akanmu serves as the Research Officer at Invictus Africa. In this role, he plays a key part in designing both quantitative and qualitative research plans and methodologies, while also supervising the organization’s team of data volunteer members.

TobaCaleb, as fondly called, is a trained writer, teacher by experience, and certified human resource manager. He has worked with various organizations, both corporate and non-profit, leveraging his skills to bring value to individuals and the organizations themselves.

He is a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management member (CIPM). Prior to that, he obtained both a B.A. and an M.A. in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and interned at Crown FM in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
