While strides have been made, the stark reality persists: women’s representation in these fields remains
unacceptably low. This is not just a statistic; it is a challenge with far-reaching consequences for innovation, economic growth, and societal advancement.
This article advocates for a renewed and intensified effort to empower African women in STEM, weaving together
