Ebunoluwa Adegbie earned a National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. She is a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management member (CIPM).

She started her professional career as a technical assistant in the insurance industry and later moved to the Real Estate sector as an Administrative Officer.

She later worked as a Research and Campaign Intern for Amnesty International Nigeria, where she assisted in the development of various advocacy campaign tools and contributed to research materials.

She is currently the Invictus Africa Community Engagement Officer, taking sexual and gender-based advocacy to the doorsteps of the less fortunate in remote communities.
